 If you ever face an issue related to your order, product, or service, our team is here to resolve it promptly and fairly.

How to Raise a Grievance

If you have a complaint, concern, or feedback:

1.      Email us: Write to hello@designcreation.co.in with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

2.      Attach any proof: Photos, screenshots, or documents (if applicable) help us understand better.

3.      Acknowledgment: You’ll receive a confirmation within 24–48 working hours that your grievance has been registered.

Resolution Timelines

If a delay occurs, our team will keep you informed of the revised timeline and next steps.

Escalation Matrix

If your concern remains unresolved after the above timeline, you may escalate it as follows:

Level 1 — Customer Care Team

Business Hours

Our grievance team operates Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM (IST).
 Complaints received outside business hours will be recorded and processed the next working day.

Note

·         We request customers to provide complete details and cooperate during the resolution process.

·         Any abusive, fraudulent, or repeated misuse of the grievance system may result in restriction of future communication or orders.
