How to Raise a Grievance

  1. Email Us: Write to hello@designcreation.co.in with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Attach Supporting Proof: Photos, screenshots, or documents (if applicable) help us assess the matter accurately.
  3. Acknowledgment: You will receive confirmation within 24–48 working hours that your grievance has been registered.

If your concern remains unresolved after the standard timeline, you may escalate as follows:

Business Hours

Our grievance team operates Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM (IST). Complaints received outside business hours will be recorded and processed on the next working day.

  • We request customers to provide complete details and cooperate during the resolution process.
  • Any abusive, fraudulent, or repeated misuse of the grievance system may result in restriction of future communication or orders.
