Refund policy

At DC Luxist, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our creations. While we hope every purchase exceeds your expectations, we offer a transparent and customer-friendly return process designed around your convenience and assurance.

1. 15-Day “No Questions Asked” Return Window

You may return eligible products within 15 days from the date of delivery, no questions asked.

2. Condition of Return

Returned items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including the Certificate of Authenticity and any included accessories.
• Accompanied by the original invoice or valid proof of purchase.

3. Strict Exclusions

• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned.
• Exchanged items cannot be re-exchanged or returned once processed.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds are initiated only after the returned item successfully passes a quality check.
• Any refunds or adjustments for excess charges (including shipping, GST, and other applicable fees) will be processed within 48 hours post quality verification and credited using the original mode of payment.

DC Luxist — Exchange Policy

We understand that at times, you may wish to exchange your chosen piece for a better fit or explore a new design. Our exchange policy ensures a seamless experience for such situations.

1. Size-Based Exchange

If your selected size doesn’t fit, we will gladly exchange it for the correct size of the same design, subject to availability.

2. Defect on Arrival

Should any item arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us immediately upon delivery. We will arrange for an immediate replacement at no additional cost.

3. Cross-Collection Exchange

• Customers may exchange an item (for example, an Arudra Pendant) for a higher-value product (such as an Apollo Bracelet) by paying the price difference.
• Exchanges for lower-value items are not eligible for partial refunds.
• The exchanged item must meet the same return condition standards outlined in the Return Policy.
