Accepted Payment Methods

We offer a wide range of secure payment options for your convenience:

·         Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, RuPay)

·         UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

·         Net Banking — All major Indian banks supported

·         Wallets & Pay Later Services — where available

·         Cash on Delivery (COD) — for eligible orders only

(COD not available for Fine Gold or high-value pieces.)

 

Payment Security

All transactions on DC Luxist are processed through trusted and encrypted payment gateways to ensure your information stays secure.
 We never store your card or payment details on our servers.

 

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation email and WhatsApp/SMS notification within minutes.
 If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

·         A ₹75 COD fee applies.

·         COD may not be available for certain products or pin codes.

·         Refusal to accept a confirmed COD parcel may lead to restricted access for future COD orders.

COD Eligibility Restrictions

COD is not available in the following cases:

·         Orders containing Lab-Grown Diamond (LGD) jewelry

·         Orders containing Gold jewelry (9K, 14K & 18K)

·         Orders with a total value above ₹10,000

·         International orders

All such orders must be placed using prepaid payment options only.

 

For Prepaid Orders

·         Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order.

·         In case of payment failure, please retry or use a different payment method.

·         Refunds (if applicable) are always issued back to the original payment mode.

 

International Payments

·         Accepted through PayPal or international cards (Visa/MasterCard).

·         Prices are displayed in INR; final billing depends on your card provider’s exchange rate.

·         Any import duties or customs charges are payable by the customer at delivery.

 

Failed Transactions

If your amount is debited but the order hasn’t been confirmed:

·         Don’t worry — most failed payments are auto-reversed within 5–7 business days.

·         You can email hello@designcreation.co.in with payment reference details for assistance.
