DC Luxist — Refabrication & Warranty (Maintenance) Policy

Our Commitment

At DC Luxist, we believe luxury should be everlasting. Our commitment to quality craftsmanship extends beyond your purchase, ensuring every piece continues to radiate brilliance through our dedicated maintenance and warranty services.

Lifetime Shine Service

To preserve the signature DC Luxist Daily Shine, we offer lifetime maintenance on all products.

  • Free Re-Plating for the First Year: Enjoy complimentary re-plating, re-polishing, or surface restoration services within the first year of your purchase.
  • Lifetime Shine Maintenance: After the first year, customers can continue to avail re-plating and polishing at a nominal service fee, determined post-inspection. This ensures your jewellery retains its radiant finish for years to come.

Manufacturing Warranty

We provide a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, covering issues arising from craftsmanship or material integrity.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage resulting from wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized alterations.
  • Tarnishing or dullness due to exposure to chemicals, water, or perfume (these are covered under the Lifetime Plating Service instead).
  • Items repaired or altered by unauthorised service centres.

Warranty Resolution

Eligible items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of DC Luxist, following inspection by our quality team.

Refabrication Service

In the rare case that your piece is damaged beyond repair, DC Luxist offers a unique Refabrication Service — a sustainable and cost-effective way to revive your fine jewellery.

  • The damaged item can be melted, remade, or reconstructed at your request.
  • Customers pay only the making charge, not the full retail price of the piece.
  • A detailed estimation of all charges and timelines will be shared upfront.
  • Once prepaid, our atelier team will proceed with the refabrication process.

Note

All additional expenses, including shipping (to and fro) and any incidental service fees, will be borne by the customer.
